Paradise Estates

Paradise Estates is located right on Pakhowal Road, specifically at Betwali Chawl SCF-13. It’s a busy road with lots of traffic going by. We’ve been here for a bit, helping people figure out where they want to live or set up a shop. Ludhiana is a big city, and Pakhowal Road is one of those places that never really stays quiet. Our office is a straightforward place. We have some chairs for visitors and a lot of folders. We spend time looking at different plots and buildings around the area. Sometimes people come in just to ask what the prices are doing this month. We tell them what we know. It’s not always easy, especially when the market gets slow, but we stay open. We deal with a lot of different people, from young families to older guys looking to invest. The morning starts with clearing off the desk and checking messages. We do a lot of driving around to see properties. You have to see things in person or you won't know the real story. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just real estate work like everyone else. If a client needs to see a place at SCF-13 or nearby, we just walk over. It’s a practical business. We keep our notes in physical ledgers mostly. That's just the way we like to do things here. We don't mind the noise from the street.
