Pankaj Sood Confectionary

Pankaj Sood Confectionary is out on Tibba Road, near the Nanded Phata area. It is a bit of a drive from the city center, but it is where we have set up our lives. The shop is a basic room with shelves lined with different snacks and sweets. We spend our days mostly organizing the stock and talking to whoever comes in. Tibba Road can get quite muddy when it rains, and we have to keep mopping the floor to keep the place looking decent. We do not have a big staff, just family members mostly. We handle everything from the cleaning to the sales. It is a quiet life for the most part, though Nanded Phata is getting busier these days. We have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but our shop stays pretty much the same. We do not go for any modern marketing or try to act like we are a huge chain. We are just a small local spot where you can grab some snacks on your way home. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a jar is empty, we fill it. If the floor is dirty, we clean it. It is not much more than that. We just enjoy being a part of the daily rhythm of this part of town and hope to keep the doors open for many more years to come.
