You’ll find Baldev Developers over at B-Xv-136 Miller Ganj, right on the Gt Road. We are directly opposite the fire station, which is helpful for giving directions, though the sirens can be a bit loud when they go off. Being on Gt Road means there is constant movement and noise outside our window. It’s a busy, industrial kind of vibe around here. We work on developing different projects, which means we spend a lot of time in boots on dusty sites. The office is where we come to do the boring stuff like permits and bills. It’s got a couple of desks and a map of the local area pinned to the wall. We’ve been in Miller Ganj for a long time, so we know the local quirks. Developing land is a slow process, and there’s always something that needs fixing or checking. We don’t pretend to be some big corporate firm with shiny windows. We’re just a local outfit trying to build things that last. Most of our days are spent dealing with contractors or checking on progress at the sites. It’s tiring work, and by the end of the day, we’re usually pretty worn out. But it’s what we do. Opposite the fire station, in the middle of all that traffic, we just keep plugging away at our projects. There is always some dust on the windows here, no matter how many times we wipe them down. It’s just part of being on the main road. We keep our coffee mugs handy and try to get the work finished.
