New Shakti Castings

We're situated at 88-89 along G T Road, right by Pudamjee Paradise. It's a busy stretch of road, so there's always something going on outside our doors. At New Shakti Castings, we deal with metalwork and foundry tasks. The heat from the furnace is something you just get used to after a while. Our floor is usually covered in sand and metal scraps, which is typical for a place like this. We make various cast parts for different industries. It’s heavy work and it can be pretty dirty, but it's what we do. We have a small crew that knows their way around the molds and the molten metal. We don't have a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk into the main area and find one of us. G T Road is a major artery, so getting materials in and out isn't too difficult, though the traffic can be a real pain in the afternoons. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the area change around us. Despite the changes, we just keep focusing on our castings and getting orders filled. We aren't fancy people. We just show up, do the pours, and make sure the pieces come out right. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. Some days the smoke gets thick, so we open the big back doors to let the air in.
