Ndd Developers LLP is based at 780/1 on Jaspal Bangar Road. We’re right in the middle of Industrial Area C in Dhandari Kalan. If you’ve ever been down this road, you know it’s not exactly a place for a Sunday stroll. It’s full of trucks, dust, and a lot of noise. But for us, it’s where we get things done. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s a functional space in a busy industrial zone. We’ve got a lot of files and a few desks. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the machinery and traffic outside. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the phone ringing. Dhandari Kalan is a tough, hardworking area. We fit in well here because we aren't looking for anything polished. We just want to do our development work. Jaspal Bangar Road is always busy, and sometimes getting in and out of the gate is a bit of a challenge with the big lorries. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. It’s just us here at 780/1. We deal with people face-to-face mostly. The air can be a bit thick with exhaust and industrial smells, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been here for a bit and we know the neighbors. It’s a community of people who are just trying to make a living. We’re no different. We just keep our heads down and focus on the developers' side of things.
