Navdeep Industries

Navdeep Industries is based in Industrial Area 21-B. This part of town is full of noise and the smell of oil and metal, which suits us just fine. We’ve been working out of this shed for a long time, making various industrial parts that go into machines we sometimes never even see finished. The floor is concrete and always has some stains from the coolant we use on the lathes. No reception area exists here, and there isn't a place for people to sit down comfortably. If someone comes by, we usually just talk to them right there on the shop floor over the sound of the drills. My father started this business back when there were fewer shops in 21-B, and not much has changed in terms of how we work. Simple tools are used, and we rely on our eyes and hands to get things right. It’s a lot of repeat work, the same patterns over and over, but it keeps us busy. A fancy logo or a mission statement isn't something you'll find pinned to the wall. We just have a calendar with the delivery dates marked in red ink. The sun hits the metal roof in the afternoon and it gets pretty hot, so a long break is usually taken then. We’re just a small outfit trying to do honest work in a busy industrial hub. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do.
