Namdhari Fabrication

Our place is located at D-26 in the Focal Point area of Khanna. Being in Focal Point means we are surrounded by all kinds of other businesses and workshops. It’s a very active area, especially during the day when everyone is trying to get their shipments out. Our building is a simple fabrication unit. We have our welding sets, the cutting machines, and a lot of space for storing the materials we use. The walls inside have seen better days, and there’s always a layer of dust on the windows, but that’s normal for this kind of work. We spend our days working through whatever projects we have on the floor. It can be a bit chaotic when we have several things going on at once, but we manage to keep track of it all. We have been in Khanna for a good while. The guys here are used to the noise and the hard work. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just look at what needs to be done and we do it. If there’s a problem, we just talk it over and figure out a way to fix it. We don't have any sales people or a showroom. It’s just a workshop where we get our hands dirty every day. When the day is over, we lock up the big metal doors and head home. It’s a basic, honest way to run a business in this busy town.
