N S Birla Industries is tucked away in Pratap Nagar at Street No-4 11201. This is an industrial area, so it is not the kind of place you come for a casual stroll. It is all about work here. Our building at 11201 is where we spend most of our waking hours. It is loud and there is always the smell of metal or grease in the air. We are not a retail shop where you come to browse. We are an industry. Most of the time, the floor is covered with shavings or parts that are waiting to be moved to the next station. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come to the door at Street No-4, you will probably just find one of us in work clothes. We focus on getting the orders out on time. The machines are old but we keep them running well because they are reliable. It gets very hot in the summer with all the equipment running, but we are used to it. We don't put out brochures or do much online. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It is a simple operation based on hard work and staying busy at 11201. We start early and stay until the job is done.
