N. R. Fabrics

You can find us at House No. 2208, Street No. 3. We are near Jyoti Motors and the Hero Honda Agency. It’s right by Basti Jodhewal Chowk. N. R. Fabrics is a small family-run thing. We deal with fabrics and textiles every day. Street No. 3 can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a headache. We have been at House No. 2208 for a long time. It’s where we grew up and where we work now. The smell of the cloth is everywhere in the house. We have rolls of fabric stacked up in almost every corner. Near Jyoti Motors, it always sounds like cars are being fixed, so there’s a constant hum of engines. Basti Jodhewal Chowk is a very busy part of town. We see all kinds of people passing by our door. We don't have a big store window with mannequins. We just have our stock and our knowledge of the materials. If you need something specific, we usually have to dig through a few piles to find it. It’s a bit messy but we like it that way. We don't use any high-tech systems. We just write everything down in a big ledger. It’s how our father did it and it still works for us. We are just plain people selling plain fabric to our neighbors and whoever else stops by near Hero Honda Agency.
