Muskan Art Press

If you are walking down Ahluwalia Street near Millerganj, you will find us at Shop No. 2. We are pretty close to Ramgarhia College, so we see a lot of students walking by every day. Some of them pop in for small jobs or just to ask about prices for their projects. The press is usually quite busy. There is always the sound of paper being moved around or the clicking of the machines. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in the shop because we have a lot of stock and equipment packed in there. We don't really worry about the decor or making the place look like a corporate office. It is a working press and it looks like one. There is paper dust on the shelves and the smell of ink is pretty strong. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the other shop owners on the street. It’s a busy area with a lot of noise from the road, but we are used to it by now. We take in work as it comes and try to get it out the door as fast as we can. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big order to finish for a local shop or a school. It is just honest work. We don't use any fancy talk, we just tell people what we can do and then we do it. The neighborhood knows us as the place that gets it done even if it's a bit cluttered inside.
