Mohit Karyana Stores

We are located in Hargobind Nagar, right off the Bavla Gandhinagar Highway. It’s a karyana store, which means we carry all the daily essentials. You’ll find big bags of flour and rice stacked near the entrance. The highway stays busy, so there’s always a bit of dust coming in. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass jars. My son Mohit helps out when he’s not at school. We aren't a big supermarket. It’s just a regular store where you can grab what you need for dinner. We have spices, cooking oil, and some snacks for the kids. Sometimes the electricity goes out and it gets dark in the back, so we keep a flashlight handy. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. People driving by often stop for water or a quick packet of biscuits. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s a lot of heavy lifting, moving the sacks around. My back feels it at the end of the day. But it's good work. We keep the prices fair because we know our customers. It’s just a practical business for us. We open early and close when the traffic on the highway slows down. It’s a simple way to make a living.
