Kailash Udhyog

Kailash Udhyog is over at E-390, Phase-4, in Focal Point. It’s a large industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving and the sound of heavy work happening all around us. We’ve been based here for several years now. Our building is a simple, functional space where we handle our metal fabrication and industrial parts. It’s not a place for anyone who doesn't like a bit of grease and dust. We have a solid team of guys who know how to work the equipment, and we mostly just keep to ourselves and get the job done. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big mission statements on the walls. It’s just about showing up and making sure the orders are filled correctly. The Focal Point area is quite busy, and being in Phase-4 means we are part of a large community of manufacturers. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we just have to deal with it and move on. We don't have a big sales department; most of our work comes from long-term contacts and word of mouth. It’s a very hands-on environment where everyone pitches in, including the owners. We take pride in the fact that we do real, physical work. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know how to do. We usually wrap things up by late evening and get ready to do it again.
