Our base of operations is at B-XXX-2185/C-203/1 in Phase-VII of Focal Point. If that address sounds a bit complicated, it’s because this industrial area is huge and laid out in a bit of a maze. We have been here for years, and even we still get turned around sometimes in the back alleys of the estate. The building is a large, high-ceilinged space that stays quite cool in the winter but turns into an oven once the summer hits. We have a lot of crates and pallets moving in and out, so the forklifts are always humming in the background. It’s a busy, loud place, and everyone who works here knows they need to keep their wits about them. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just have people who know how to pack boxes and manage inventory. The floor is concrete and has cracks in it from years of heavy loads, but it holds up. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small cabin we use for an office. The walls are covered in old calendars and shipping schedules that haven't been changed in months. It isn't a place for visitors to come and be impressed; it’s a place where goods are handled and sent out across the country. We just focus on the logistics and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle of Phase-VII.
