Mishra & Company

Mishra & Company is tucked away in Shamsher Nagar on Jassian Road. Our plot number is B/34/6327, which sounds a bit complicated when you are trying to tell someone where we are over the phone. We are quite close to Laxmi Nagar too. The road out front can get really muddy when it rains, and the traffic is usually a bit of a mess during the morning rush. We have been operating from this plot for some time now. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses and houses all mixed together. We don’t have a big glass storefront or anything like that. It’s just a solid gate and our workspace inside. Most of our days are spent dealing with the logistics of whatever is coming in or going out. We know the neighbors well, and we usually share a cup of tea with the guys from the nearby shops when things quiet down in the evening. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to fit a lot of stuff into the space we have, but we know where everything is. You won't find any corporate slogans on our walls. We just have our calendars and the lists of things we need to finish by the end of the week. It’s just us, the Mishras, and a few helpers making a living in this corner of the city. We do the work we get and try to stay organized.
