Metal And Plastic Pvt. Ltd. is situated at D-33, Phase-V, in the Focal Point area. Since this is an industrial zone, our neighbors are mostly other factories and large warehouses. Our building is a standard industrial unit, and it’s where we spend most of our waking hours. We deal with metal and plastic, just like the name says. The atmosphere here is usually quite loud because of the machines running, and there is always the smell of raw materials in the air. We are not a corporate office with people in suits. Most of us are in work clothes, focused on the production line or moving materials around. We have a small office space for the paperwork, but the real work happens on the floor. We like being in Focal Point because it is practical for getting trucks in and out. We don’t have any fancy marketing plans or slogans. We just get the specifications from the customers and try to make the parts correctly. It involves a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the equipment. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them on the fly, but that is just how an industrial shop works. We don't try to make it sound like anything other than what it is—a place where we work with metal and plastic to get the orders done.
