Anan Forging & Castings Pvt. Ltd. operates out of B-16 in Focal Point. This is a real industrial setting, so don’t expect anything pretty. The area is filled with factories and warehouses, and the roads are often dusty from the constant movement of heavy vehicles. Our facility is a large shed where the actual forging and casting take place. It’s a hot and loud environment, especially when the machinery is running at full capacity. The floor is made of thick concrete to handle the weight, and it’s covered in the marks of years of hard work. We have a small office area that is partitioned off from the main floor, but the sound of the hammers still carries through the walls. The furniture in the office is basic—just some metal desks and a few filing cabinets. There’s always a fine layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. We wear our work clothes and don’t worry too much about appearances. Most of the people working here have been part of the team for a long time, and we have a very straightforward way of doing things. We take our breaks together and talk about the day's tasks over tea. It’s a tough, physical job, and the environment reflects that. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the metal is handled correctly. It’s a no-nonsense workplace for people who aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty.
