Our mill is situated out in Dhandari Khurd, which is near Phase 7 of the Focal Point area. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s where all the heavy lifting happens. We run a rolling mill, so it’s hot, loud, and very industrial. There’s no avoiding the grease and the soot, but that’s the nature of iron and steel work. We spend our shifts watching the machines and making sure the metal is moving through the rollers correctly. It’s hard work, and the guys on the floor are usually pretty tired by the end of the day. We have a small office area where we handle the billing and the transport schedules, but even there, you can feel the vibration of the machinery. Trucks are constantly lining up at the gate to pick up loads or drop off scrap. It’s a bit of a chaotic environment, but there’s a system to it that we all understand. We don't have time for anything polished or fancy. Our main focus is just keeping the mill running without any breakdowns. When something does break, it’s all hands on deck until it’s fixed. It’s a tough business, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve been at this for years, and we just keep plugging away at it, day after day, making sure the steel keeps moving out to our regular customers.
