Our office is located in South City, right off Canal Road on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana. We’ve been around this part of town for a good bit, right near the Ayali Bridge. Basically, we work with land and property stuff. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with local regulations. Most days are spent talking to people about plots or checking on sites. We started out small and stayed in the 141001 area because it's where we know the most people. It's not a flashy business. Real estate in Ludhiana can be complicated, so we just try to keep things straightforward for anyone who walks in. We deal with the daily grind of colonization work, which means looking at maps and talking to contractors. Sometimes the weather makes things slow down, especially when we have to go out to the sites near the bridge. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us here. If someone wants to know about a property, we just tell them what we know. We’ve seen how the Ferozepur Road area has changed over the years. It used to be much quieter. Now there’s a lot more going on. We just keep doing our part, making sure the files are in order and the projects move along at a normal pace. There isn't much more to it than showing up and doing the work.
