Makkar Institute

We are located right at Fountain Chowk in Ludhiana, specifically on the third floor. If you find the Indian Overseas Bank, you’ve basically found us because we are right above them. It’s a busy area in Civil Lines, especially with the Model Town Extension Market right there. The SCO 5 building is where we spend most of our time. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but we are used to it by now. Makkar Institute has been part of this market scene for a bit. We see a lot of foot traffic from the bank and the shops nearby. Ludhiana is a fast-moving city, and Fountain Chowk is always buzzing with cars and people. Our space isn't overly decorated or anything. We have the desks and chairs we need to get through the day. Sometimes the stairs feel long at the end of a shift, but being in the heart of the city is worth it. We deal with all sorts of people coming in from the market. It gets loud outside sometimes with all the traffic, but inside we just focus on what needs to be done. We don't have a team of marketing people writing this for us. It’s just us here in the office. We keep the files organized and try to make sure everything runs okay. It’s a straightforward setup for a straightforward job in a busy market.
