As Franges Salon And Academy

Located at 339 R in Model Town, Ludhiana, this place stays quite active throughout the week. Being right near Gulati Chowk means there is always something going on outside our windows. As Franges Salon And Academy is a bit of a mix. Half the time we are just doing regular salon work like cutting hair or doing facials, and the other half we have students hanging around. They are here to learn the trade, so you might see someone practicing on a mannequin head or watching closely while a haircut is happening. It makes the atmosphere a bit different than a normal shop. There’s a lot of talking and explaining going on between the staff and the ones learning. The space isn't huge, so we have to stay organized with all the products and tools. Model Town is a good area, but parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for the people coming in. We see all kinds of customers, some who want a quick trim and others who are here for hours. It gets a bit loud with the hair dryers and the students chatting, but that is just part of the day. We don't spend much time decorating or making things look like a magazine. It’s a working space where people come to get things done or to pick up a new skill for their future. We just keep the doors open and get to it every morning.
