Empire Institute Of Education has been sitting here on Bcm School Road in Model Town for a good bit of time. If you know Ludhiana, you know this part of town can get pretty crowded, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get their kids to school or get to work. Our address is 258-Ax, and it’s a fairly straightforward place to find once you’re on the right street. The building isn’t anything too flashy, just a solid structure where we get things done every day. Most of us who work here have been around the area for years, so we know the local shops and the people walking by. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but that is just part of living in this part of Punjab. We spend a lot of our time just organizing paperwork and making sure the classrooms are ready for whoever is coming in next. It’s mostly just a regular routine of answering phones and talking to parents who drop by. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us in this office in Model Town. You’ll usually see a couple of motorbikes parked out front and maybe a tea stall nearby where we go during breaks. It’s a practical setup. We just focus on what needs to happen today and try to keep the place running as smoothly as we can without too much fuss.
