We are based on the first floor of the M. D. Complex in Indira Colony. It’s right in Sherpur Kalan, Ludhiana. If you know Ludhiana, you know it’s a city that never really stops moving. MAINI PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED fits right into that energy. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s enough for what we need. We spend most of our time coordinating projects and talking to clients on the phone. Indira Colony is a busy area, and the noise from the street usually drifts up to our windows. We don't mind it; it keeps us feeling like we're in the middle of things. Ludhiana is known for its industry, and we try to keep up that hardworking reputation. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big corporation because we aren't one. We are just a group of people who know how to manage projects and get things built. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage, and other times it’s a bit slower. We take the work seriously but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. You might find some old blueprints from years ago tucked away in a corner because we’ve been at this for a bit. The 141007 area is where we operate, and we know these streets like the back of our hands. It's just home for us and our business. Most days are long, but we just keep at it until everything is sorted.
