If you know Ludhiana, you know it’s a busy, industrious city where everyone is always moving. Rahon Road is no exception. It’s usually crowded with trucks and rickshaws. Our place is a practical building where we handle our food products. It’s nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about getting the work done. We have a small crew of people from the neighborhood who come in every morning. We don't have a big human resources department or a fancy break room. We usually just sit on the crates when we take a breather. There’s always a lot of noise from the nearby shops and the traffic, but we don't mind.
