L G Plastics

L G Plastics is located out in the Industrial Area- A Extension. Specifically, we are at Shop No. 35-B. It’s right near Corporation Park, which is one of the few green spots around all these factories and warehouses. Being in an industrial area means things are usually pretty loud and dusty. We have been working out of this shop for quite some time now. We handle a lot of different plastic materials, and the smell of the shop is something you just get used to after a few days. It’s a lot of manual labor and moving things around. The floor is concrete and usually has some scraps or shavings on it by the end of the shift. We aren't a big, shiny company with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us in our work clothes moving crates or checking on the machines. The park nearby is a nice place to sit for ten minutes during a break when we need some actual fresh air. Shop 35-B isn’t huge, but it fits everything we need to get the orders done. We know most of the other shop owners on this block. We trade tools and help each other out when someone’s truck won't start. It’s a rougher part of town, but it’s where the actual making of things happens. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We’ve had the same machines for a long time, and we know exactly how they sound when they are running right. It’s a good feeling to finish a day’s work and see the stacks of parts ready to go. We might be a bit tired, but it’s a good kind of tired. Shop 35-B is home to us during the week.
