Dr J L Bassi Hospital And Research Institute is located at 970B in Vivek Nagar. We are right on Rajpura Road in the Civil Lines area. It is a busy part of town, which makes sense for a place like this. There are always people coming and going through the doors. We spend a lot of time making sure things are running okay. The building has been here for some time now. Dealing with health stuff means we stay quite occupied. Being in Civil Lines is convenient for most folks who need to reach us. We have the hospital part and then the research side of things too. It is a lot to manage, but we just take it day by day. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit crowded, especially in the mornings. We try to keep the place tidy, though it’s hard when it’s so busy. Rajpura Road can be noisy with the cars, but inside we try to keep it focused on the work. We aren't really into big fancy slogans. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the patients. There is always some paperwork to file or a machine to check. It is just the way a hospital operates. If you are heading down Rajpura Road, you will see us there at Vivek Nagar. We've become a bit of a fixture in this neighborhood over the years. It is just us working here.
