We have been here in Ludhiana at 396, Industrial Area -A for quite a while now. Kusum Tradex Pvt.Ltd is just a regular setup where we handle the daily work of trading and getting things moved around for our customers. It is not a fancy office or anything like that, but it gets the job done. Most days, we are just busy keeping track of our inventory and making sure orders get out the door on time. The traffic around the industrial area can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the mornings, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest name out there, just a group of people making sure things run right. People know where to find us if they need something sorted. It is mostly about showing up and doing what is expected of us. We have seen the area change over the years, with more buildings popping up and more trucks on the road than ever before. Our space is pretty functional, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we do. We mostly deal with local folks and some from further away. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, typical for a place like ours. We do not spend much time on fancy websites or big ads. It is just us here in the warehouse and the small office space we have. If you stop by, you will see us checking lists. That is just how it is.
