Kewal Steel Traders

We are located at S.C.O No-41-42 in the New Grain Market on Gill Road. It’s a bit of a strange mix because it’s a grain market, but we are here dealing in steel. The area is always crowded with trucks and tempos, especially during the harvest seasons. Our unit is basically a warehouse with a small section for sitting down. We spend most of the day at Kewal Steel Traders checking weights and making sure the right orders are being loaded onto the right vehicles. Gill Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic in the background. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have fancy air conditioning in the main area, just some big fans to move the air around when it gets stuffy. The steel piles can get pretty high, and we have to be careful moving things around in the SCO units. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to this market for years. They know where we are and how we work. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just agree on a price, weigh the material, and help get it onto the truck. It’s a dusty, busy, and honest way to spend the day, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It is just about getting the steel out of the door and keeping the books reasonably straight.
