K. L. Ispat Pvt. Ltd.

Our site is down on Kanganwal Road, tucked in Industrial Area C. We are right near the ACC cement dump, which makes the whole area quite dusty and busy with heavy vehicles. K. L. Ispat Pvt. Ltd. is where we process iron and steel products. It’s a large plot of land and we have a lot of heavy machinery running throughout the day. The heat from the furnaces can be a lot to handle, especially during the summer months. We are located near P.O. Jaspal Bangar, which is a well-known landmark for the truck drivers coming in. The office is basic, mostly just used for keeping track of the logbooks and weighbridge receipts. We don't have any polished presentations or marketing teams. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding villages. They know the work and they do it without much complaining. The road outside can be quite rough because of all the heavy loads passing through every hour. We spend a good part of the morning just organizing the yard and making sure the cranes are ready. It’s a gritty environment, full of grease and iron dust. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily production targets. That is the reality of working at Kanganwal Road. We don’t try to be something we’re not. It is just hard work in a tough environment.
