Jhanji Homebuilders Private Limited operates out of Unit-310 in the K 10 Tower. We are located in Feroze Gandhi Market in Ludhiana. If you've ever been to the market, you know it's the financial hub of the whole city. There's always a lot of noise and people rushing around from place to place. Our office is up in the SCO-22-23 building. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name now. We build homes, plain and simple. It’s a lot of coordination between the office here and the different sites spread around Ludhiana. We don't use fancy slogans. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. Our space in K 10 Tower is where we handle all the legal stuff and the project planning. It’s usually a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate image. We just want to make sure the houses we build are solid and safe. The market outside is always bustling, which keeps us on our toes every single day. Punjab is a place where people value hard work, and we try to live up to that as best as we can. We are just a local team of homebuilders. We started small and we’ve stayed focused on the local area ever since.
