Jersey Metalfab Pvt. Ltd is situated at 98 Phase 1, Urban Estate in Dugri, Ludhiana. Being in Punjab, and specifically in Ludhiana, means we are surrounded by manufacturing. This city is built on metal and machines. Our workshop in Phase 1 is where we do all our fabrication work. It is a lot of welding, cutting, and bending metal sheets into whatever shape is needed. The noise can be quite something when all the machines are running at once. We started this because there is always a need for good metalwork in an industrial hub like this. We do not have a fancy corporate office with carpets. Our floor is concrete and usually has some metal scraps or welding rods lying around. The guys here work hard, and we take our breaks together to chat about the local news or whatever is happening in the neighborhood. Ludhiana can be very cold in the winter and incredibly hot in the summer, which makes the metal either freezing to touch or too hot to handle without thick gloves. We just get on with it though. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world, we just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. If a customer comes in with a sketch on a piece of paper, we try to make it real for them. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on.
