You can find us at Plot No. 9087, Street No. 35, in Kot Mangal Singh. Jayam & Company is not a big corporate office with glass walls or shiny floors. It is more of a local spot where the streets are narrow and everyone knows each other’s business. Our office is tucked away, and if you aren't looking for it, you might just walk right past. Inside, it is usually a bit crowded with supplies and stacks of paper. We have been here for a long time, and the building has a lot of character, which is a nice way of saying it is old. The chairs squeak and the ceiling fan makes a rhythmic clicking sound, but it’s home to us. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or slogans. Instead, we focus on the work that comes in every morning. It’s a small operation, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re on the phone, and the next you’re helping move some boxes. There isn't a lot of formality here. We talk to our customers like they’re our neighbors because, most of the time, they are. We just keep things moving at our own pace and try to make sure nothing gets missed in the shuffle. It’s a busy life in Kot Mangal Singh, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. It is just how things go around here, day after day, without much fuss.
