Jain Di Hatti

We are located right in the middle of all the noise at Chaura Bazar, just opposite the Gur Mandi. If you have ever been to this part of Ludhiana, you know exactly how crowded and busy it gets every day. Jain Di Hatti has been around for quite a while in this exact spot. It is a very old-fashioned kind of place. We do not have air conditioning or those glass doors that slide open by themselves. It is a shop where you just walk in off the street, and it is usually humming with people and talk. Being near Gur Mandi means there is always something going on right outside our front door. We do a bit of everything here, as it is a traditional setup. We do not use those fancy computer systems to book people in for appointments; you just come in and we take care of you when it is your turn. The shelves are packed with all sorts of supplies, and sometimes it takes us a second to find exactly what we are looking for, but we always do. It is an honest way to make a living, right in the heart of the city's old trade area. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor has seen a lot of feet over the years. But it is our place, and we know every corner. We just serve the folks who shop here.
