Jai Woolen Mills

Jai Woolen Mills is set up in the Suhani Building at Chowk 337/2. We are in New Madhopuri, not too far from Neemwala Chowk. It is an old part of the area with a lot of history. Working with wool is what we do every day. The building isn't brand new, but it serves our purpose well enough. We have our machines set up and the space is usually filled with the smell of wool and the sound of the equipment running. It’s a steady job. We see a lot of people passing through the chowk. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We aren't a fancy outlet. We are a mill where the actual work happens. We focus on the production side of things. Most of our days are spent checking the materials and making sure the machines are running smoothly. It is a bit dusty at times, but that’s just part of the wool business. We’ve been in New Madhopuri for a good while. The neighbors around Suhani Building are mostly other small businesses and families. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s a simple life running a mill. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to keep the mill going and provide for our families. That is what Jai Woolen Mills is about.
