You will find Hi Tech International at 135 A in Industrial Area - A. It is a straightforward location in a place where everyone is busy making something. We have a good amount of space here to move things around. The industrial area is always full of noise, which we have gotten used to over the years. We spend our time managing shipments and looking over the inventory. It is a lot of logistics and making sure things get where they need to go. The office part of it is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of paperwork. We prefer being out where the action is. The air usually smells like metal and exhaust from the trucks coming in and out. It isn't a place for someone who likes quiet. We have a routine that we follow every morning to get things started. Some of the guys have been with us for years, so we don't even have to say much to know what needs to be done. We are not into big presentations or corporate meetings. We just talk about what has to happen for the day and then we go do it. It is a practical way to run things.
