Harjeet Machinery Works

You can find Harjeet Machinery Works over at 12683/6 Link Road in Vishkarma Colony. We’ve been set up here for quite a while, right where the traffic on Link Road stays pretty busy. The shop is filled with various parts and machines that we work on throughout the week. It’s a bit crowded inside because we have a lot of stock and old equipment that we keep for spare parts. Vishkarma Colony is a place where many people do this kind of mechanical work, so we fit right in with the neighbors. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. Our walls are mostly covered in calendars and tool racks. We spend a lot of time cleaning grease off our hands and trying to figure out why a particular motor isn't turning like it should. Sometimes customers bring in things that are really old and we have to hunt around for the right bit to fix it. It's a lot of manual labor and the floor gets pretty oily by the end of the shift. We usually start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. If you're driving down Link Road, we're easy to miss if you aren't looking, but we've been in this exact spot for years. It’s just us doing the work we know how to do. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a ten-minute break, but then it's back to the machines. It’s noisy and messy, but it’s what we do.
