HARGUR BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Sector 71. Our office is actually inside Kothi No 1102. It’s a bit different because we aren't in a commercial market or a big shopping center. We prefer working out of the kothi because it gives us more space and it’s a lot more comfortable than a small cubicle in a tall building. Sector 71 is a well-known part of the city, and Kothi 1102 is easy to locate if you follow the street numbers. We have been using this space for our business for quite some time. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which we appreciate when we have a lot of work to get through. You won't see a giant neon sign over the door or anything. We just have our name, HARGUR BUILDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, on the paperwork and that’s about it. People who need to see us usually just drop by or give us a call. Inside, it’s a regular setup with desks and computers. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get our building work done. Working from a kothi means we have a bit of a yard and some fresh air, which makes the workday a lot better. It is a simple way of doing business, but it suits our style perfectly. We are just local folks working from Sector 71.
