Guru Nanak Plastics

Guru Nanak Plastics is located at number 27 in Dashmesh Nagar, right on the Link Road. It’s easy to miss if you’re driving too fast because there are so many shops lined up there. We have been here for a good while now, dealing with all sorts of plastic stuff. The smell of melting plastic is something you just get used to after a week or so. Our machines are older but they still do the job if you treat them right. We spend a lot of time cleaning out the molds and making sure the raw pellets are fed in correctly. It’s repetitive work, honestly. You stand there and wait for the parts to pop out, then you trim off the extra bits. The Link Road stays busy from morning till night, so there’s a constant drone of traffic outside our door. Sometimes we have to shout over the noise of the machines and the trucks passing by. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who have been buying from us for years. We just focus on keeping the machines running and making sure the bags are packed right before they go out. It gets hot in the summer with the heaters on the machines, so we drink a lot of water. Just a plain factory doing plain work. It keeps us busy and pays the bills, which is enough.
