We’re located at 5 Gobind Avenue, which is just off Barewal Chungi Road. It’s a decent area here in Ludhiana. Grewal and Grewal Buildwell Private Limited is basically a family-style operation. We’ve been around construction for most of our lives, so it’s what we’re used to. Our office is a simple place where we keep our tools and our records. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception desk. Most of the time, we’re out on a job site anyway. Building things is messy work. You end up with mud on your shoes and dust on your clothes by the end of the day. We don't mind it much. We like seeing a project go from a pile of dirt to a finished house. Sometimes we argue about the best way to do something, but we always figure it out. It’s about getting the structure right so it lasts. We know a lot of the local suppliers around the 141012 zip code, so we can usually get what we need fairly quickly. We don't put on an act for anyone. We just tell it like it is. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us looking at a set of plans or drinking some tea while we wait for a delivery. It’s just a normal day for us, trying to build things well and stay busy in this part of Ludhiana. That’s just how we operate every day here at Gobind Avenue.
