Goldstone International

Our place, Goldstone International, is tucked away on Street Number 15 in New Madhopuri. The address is B-24/3376. It’s one of those busy streets where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We’ve been here for quite some time. The office isn't very large, but it serves us well for what we need. We handle international trade, which sounds a bit grand, but really it’s just a lot of emails and keeping track of containers. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is where it should be. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so there’s a lot of noise from loaders and scooters zooming past. Inside, we have a couple of computers that have seen better days and piles of ledgers on the desks. We don't bother with expensive decorations. We’d rather spend that money on keeping the business running. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny facade. We just want to make sure the goods get delivered and the paperwork is correct. It’s a bit of a maze getting to our street if you aren't from around here, but once you find us, it’s a friendly enough spot. It’s a lot of mundane work, checking dates and weight limits, but it’s what keeps the lights on. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
