Gogna Machinery Agent

Our place is in Vishwakarma Town at 2650/5. We act as agents for different types of machinery and parts. The office is small and usually smells a bit like grease and old paper. We have a lot of catalogs and spare parts sitting on the shelves. Most of the day is spent explaining to customers which motor or part will work for their specific machine. It’s a lot of technical talk, but we try to keep it simple. We aren't a big corporation; it’s just a few of us who understand how these things work. People come to Vishwakarma Town specifically looking for gear, so they usually know what they are looking for. We help them find the right fit and get it ordered if we don't have it on the shelf. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We don't put on any acts here. If a part is expensive, we tell you. If it’s going to take two weeks to arrive, we tell you that too. It’s about being practical and making sure the local workshops keep running. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the machines over the years, but the way we do business stays pretty much the same.
