GNR HABITATS

GNR HABITATS is located at 162-J in Sarabha Nagar. If you know Ludhiana, you know this is a pretty active area to be in. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a solid place where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Well, the traffic outside can be a distraction sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of housing and spaces. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure materials arrive and that the people doing the work know what the plan is. We aren't the type to sit in meetings all day talking about "visions" or anything like that. We’d rather be out there seeing how the actual construction is going. Our team is pretty small, and we’ve worked together long enough that we don’t need to say much to understand what needs to be done next. We keep our files in stacks and our pens in old mugs. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We get a lot of local people coming by just to ask a quick question or check on a project. We like that part of being in Sarabha Nagar. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the projects we’ve started actually get finished the way they’re supposed to. No shortcuts, just steady work.
