GILL SEWING MACHINE CO.

We've been at Plot No.651 in Baba Deep Singhnagar for quite some time now. Our shop is right on Street Number 4, and you can usually find us here from early morning till the sun goes down. Most people know us because we’re near G.N.E. College on Gill Road, so it’s easy to find. It’s a busy area with students walking around and traffic moving all day. Inside, there are sewing machines everywhere. Some are old ones people brought in for fixing, and others are newer models. We spend a lot of time cleaning parts and getting the tension right on the needles. The floor usually has a bit of thread or some oil spots on it because that’s just how it goes when you’re working with machines. It gets dusty, but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find our tools. People from the neighborhood stop by to ask questions about their machines at home or just to see what we have in stock. My hands are usually a bit greasy by the end of the day from handling all the gears and metal. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our work and talk to the regulars who come in. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes it's noisy with the sound of testing a motor, but we like the routine of it all here in our corner of the city.
