G S Marble House

We’ve been at Gurdev Nagar Gurudwara Road 3406/3 for a while now. G S Marble House is basically just a place where we stock different kinds of stones and tiles. It gets pretty dusty here with all the cutting and moving things around, but that’s just how the marble business goes. People usually stop by when they are fixing up a kitchen or doing floors. We keep a variety of slabs out back. Sometimes it’s hard to find the exact piece someone saw in a magazine, but we try to keep the basics and some nicer stuff too. Dealing with heavy stone is hard work, so there’s always someone hauling things in or out. The location isn't too hard to find if you know the road. We aren't a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a warehouse feel where you can actually see the texture of the stone before it's polished. Most of our days are spent checking inventory or helping people load up their trucks. It's a straightforward job. If you need marble, you just come down to 3406/3 and look through what we have on the racks. We don't do much fancy advertising, just mostly folks from around the neighborhood coming in. It’s been this way for years. We just keep the gates open and handle the daily orders. Nothing too complicated about it. Just stone and hard work.
