Bhawani Marble Store

Bhawani Marble Store is out in Raekot. We deal with heavy stone all day long. The yard is full of different slabs of marble and tiles that we’ve brought in. It’s a dusty job, and our clothes are usually white by the end of the shift. Raekot is a place where people are always building or fixing up their homes, so we stay pretty busy. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. Our office is usually just a desk in the corner of the shed where we keep the paperwork. Most of the time we are outside, showing people the different patterns in the stone or helping load things onto trailers. Marble is heavy and you have to be careful with it, so we spend a lot of time moving things slowly. It is quiet out here compared to the big cities, but we like it that way. We don’t bother with fancy slogans. If someone likes a piece of stone, we tell them the price and help them get it home. The sun can be pretty harsh in the open yard, but we just keep working through it. We’ve been here in Raekot for a good while and most of our customers are neighbors or people from the next town over. It’s just a simple business built on heavy lifting and honest work. Sometimes we get some really nice slabs in, but mostly it is just good, solid stone for floors and counters. We just open up and wait for the trucks to arrive with new stock.
