G R Steel Industries

You can find us over at Industrial Area B, unit number 516. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of trucks moving around and people busy with their own shops. We have been running G R Steel Industries from this location for quite a while. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the energy of the area. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the tools we need and a small space for the paperwork. Most of the day is spent handling the steel and making sure the cuts are right. We aren't big on meetings or fancy presentations. We prefer to just talk to people directly when they come by the shop. The floor is usually covered in some scrap or metal dust, which is just how it goes in this trade. We try to keep it tidy but it’s a constant battle. Being in Industrial Area B means we are near other businesses that do similar things, so there is always someone around if we need a hand or a specific tool. It’s a community of sorts. We just focus on our own pile of work and try to get things out the door on time. No bells or whistles here, just a lot of hard work and metal. That's the way we like it. We usually finish up late most evenings.
