Jaspal Steels Allied Industries is right here at D- 22 Focal Point. It's located near Sanjay Ganda. We've been dealing with steel for a long while now. The shop is usually busy. People come in for all sorts of metal parts and raw materials. Sometimes the yard gets a bit messy with the scrap and the new stock coming in, but we know where everything is tucked away. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and loud machines running most of the day. Most of the guys working here have been around for years. We just get on with the work as it comes. The traffic near Focal Point can be a real headache in the mornings when the big lorries try to turn. If you’re looking for us, just look for the big blue gates that need a bit of paint. We handle different types of steel products for various local needs. It isn't a fancy place. Just a lot of grinding and cutting going on from eight till late. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the delivery trucks to arrive. The machines need a lot of oiling and regular care to keep them from jamming up. We try to keep the inventory sorted but it's hard when big orders go out all at once. You can hear the clanging from down the street. It’s hard work, but it keeps the lights on. We don't have a big office, just a desk in the corner with piles of papers.
