Finton Homes Llp is based on the 4th Floor of Kartar Bhawan. If you know Ludhiana at all, you definitely know where Ferozepur Road is. We are situated right near PAU Gate No.1. It’s a good location for us because everyone recognizes the landmark. We spend our days up here in the office or down at various building sites around the city. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we are mostly just looking at blueprints and project schedules. Ludhiana is a fast city and it is always moving. We try to keep up with that energy as much as we can. We handle home projects and everything else that comes with that. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting through long meetings. We aren't some giant corporation with a shiny logo on every single wall. It’s just Kartar Bhawan. We have been working out of this space for a good while. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow or it doesn't work, so we just take the stairs instead. That’s just part of the daily routine. Our address is 141001, right in the heart of things. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a local group trying to get homes built the right way. If you’re near the university gate, you’re basically at our doorstep. We like being accessible to the people who live and work here.
