FINEWAY ENCLAVE PRIVATE LIMITED

We have our office on the 5th floor of the Grand Walk Mall on Ferozpur Road in Ludhiana. It’s a big building, and being up on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below. FINEWAY ENCLAVE PRIVATE LIMITED is where we spend our working hours. Even though we are in a mall, the office itself is quite plain. We didn't go for the expensive glass partitions or modern art. We just have functional desks and chairs. We focus on enclave development and real estate. Most of our time is spent on the phone or meeting with contractors. Ferozpur Road is always jammed, so we usually get to the office early to beat the rush. It’s a convenient location for people to visit, even if the elevators are slow sometimes. We are a small group, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking site plans. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just try to get the day’s tasks finished so we can go home to our families. It’s a straightforward business. We like the fact that we can grab a quick bite downstairs in the mall during lunch. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it suits us. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just want to do our jobs and stay on top of the 141012 paperwork.
