Hiyaav Beauty Parlour & Training Institute

Our place is at 176C in Ludhiana, zip code 141003. We are in the Model Town Extension area, very close to Puri Nursing Home. It’s actually a mix of a parlour and a training institute. This means there are always a lot of people around. We have the regular customers coming in for beauty stuff, and then there are the students learning the ropes. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. The girls are trying to learn how to do hair and makeup properly so they can find work later. We have a few rooms set up with tables and mirrors. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it’s practical for what we need to do. The floor usually has bits of hair or thread on it because we are always working. We try to sweep up as often as we can. Being in Ludhiana, the weather affects how many people come in. When it’s raining hard, the street outside gets a bit muddy and things slow down. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait their turn. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us and the students in this building. We’ve been here for quite a while and most of the locals know our name by now. It is just a regular spot for learning and work.
