Eastman Impex operates out of Guru Gobind Singh Colony, specifically in Industrial Area C on Sua Road in Dhandari Kalan. Being in such a major industrial hub means things never really slow down around here. Our warehouse and office are usually buzzing with people moving boxes and checking manifests. We deal with various imports and exports, so there is always a lot of talk about shipping schedules and truck arrivals. The road outside, Sua Road, is often packed with tempos and lorries, which makes for a very noisy workday, but you get used to it after the first week. We don't have any polished reception area or anything like that. When you come in, you are likely to see someone counting inventory or sealing up crates for a long journey. The weather in Dhandari Kalan can get pretty tough, especially in the winter with the fog or the summer heat, but the work doesn't stop. We have a small team, and everyone knows how to handle a bit of everything, from lifting heavy stuff to filing the paperwork. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the stuff we send out gets where it needs to go without any trouble. It is a straightforward business, and we try to keep the complications to a minimum. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years, so we just talk to them like regular people.
